Do you are a female STEM-student (= MINT-Studentin) who wants to be prepared for professional practice and fascinating challenges of tomorrow’s world of work and wants to connect with other female students and professionals with STEM-background?

 

The Femtec Career-Building Programme is a programme for female students of natural and engineering sciences which aims for supporting women on their way to responsible positions in research and industry. Behind this programme is a strong network of leading technical universities as well as well-known international companies and research institutions. Since 2007 the KIT is an official partner in the Femtec Network.

 

With Femtec.Career-Building you will expand your soft skills such as creativity, intrapreneurship, or necessary competences in successful intercultural and virtual cooperation. Attractive offers from the partners provide great entry opportunities, such as an internship, a thesis, a direct entry or a trainee position. Until then, you will have the opportunity to use individual counselling sessions in the Career-Building Programme to define your personal career goals and to implement them in such a way that they bring you closer to your personal goals.

 

Female STEM students (= MINT-Studentinnen), who are in the master programme about 1.5 years before graduation, can apply for participation in the Femtec Career-Building Programme from 19th October to 8th November 2020 at www.femtec.org.
Note: The programme language will be English.
